Gym Time!

Until I can really work out again, we are doing limited exercise. I have a decent size ovarian cyst and exercise may cause it to burst. So for now we are doing planks each day.

Day 1~ Me 30.8 seconds Athen 2 min 18.5 seconds.

Day 2~ Me 1 min 1 seconds Athen 3 min 7 seconds. (need to be a little careful though cause I feel pulling in my lower belly)
